Day Yacht · 45 ft · Up to 13 guests
A 45 ft sport cruiser with stern sunbeds, a bow lounge with two tables and a pop-up TV in the cockpit, for up to 13 guests.
The CNM Continental 45 is a sporty 45 ft day cruiser for up to 13 guests, with a dark hull, a silver deck and tan leather seating from bow to stern. She is built for people who want open air and a bit of speed on Biscayne Bay rather than a closed salon.
Aft, two tan sunbeds face each other across a teak deck that runs out to a wide swim platform. Under the black canopy, a TV rises from a steel console beside the helm seat. Forward, a U-shaped lounge wraps two white tables, and a bow cabin with a wide cushioned berth and skylights gives a quiet place out of the sun.
Four hours ($2,300) cover a sunset lap around Star Island and the Venetian causeways with the sunbeds at the stern. Six hours ($2,900) leave time to drop anchor off Monument Island and swim from the platform, and eight hours ($3,900) stretch to a slow afternoon at the Haulover sandbar. She is an open sport cruiser: the sunbeds, the tables and the TV all sit on deck, and the dark hull with a silver superstructure looks different from the usual white cruisers. The bow cabin adds a place to step out of the sun.
The two stern sunbeds take part of the group, the U-shaped bow lounge takes more around its two tables, and the helm bench seat is next to the TV console. Nobody has to share one cramped corner.
Four hours cover Star Island and the Venetian causeways at an easy pace. Six add a swim stop off Monument Island, and eight leave room for a long afternoon at the Haulover sandbar.
It rises from a steel console in the cockpit, next to the helm seat and under the canopy, so guests can watch from the shaded seats.
