Terms
Some Miami charter companies ask for 3 to 14 days' notice to cancel, and others don't refund the deposit at all. Here it's simpler, and anything specific to one yacht is listed on its page.
Cancel for free up to 24 hours before departure, or move your trip to a new date we agree on together. Later cancellations are non-refundable.
The captain decides on the day. An 80% chance of rain or wind of 25 mph or more means any open date at no cost, or a full refund if none works. Light rain doesn't count, and weather that turns once you're out isn't refunded.
If the yacht breaks down, choose a new date or a full refund. After a death in the family or a hospital stay, you get your deposit back with supporting documents.
Up to 13 people on board, including the person who charters the yacht, under U.S. Coast Guard rules. Children count too. Bigger groups go on certified event yachts.

FAQ
Straight answers on prices, group size, weather and payment.
A boat rental in Miami starts at $700 for 4 hours on a 27 ft boat. Most yachts are 40 to 99 ft and start at $1,075 to $4,200 for 4 hours, depending on size; 100 ft and up from $5,800. Choose 4, 6 or 8 hours.
A licensed captain, fuel for a standard Miami route, ice, water, towels, a floating mat, a cooler and a Bluetooth speaker. Tax is included; crew gratuity is not.
Up to 13 people on a standard yacht, including the person who charters it, under U.S. Coast Guard rules, and children count too. For 14 or more, book a certified event yacht: one takes up to 50 people, the largest up to 600 standing.
No. Your charter comes with a licensed captain, so nobody in your group drives. Florida's boater education rules apply to whoever is at the helm, and here that's the captain.
You can cancel or move the date for free up to a day before departure. If the captain calls it off for an 80% chance of rain or wind of 25 mph or more, you get any open date at no extra cost, or a full refund if none works.
The 30% deposit goes directly to the yacht owner, and the balance is paid at the dock. Any common payment method works, with no payment fees, and a payment plan is possible.
Yes, your own food and alcohol are welcome on board. We can also arrange catering, a private chef or a bartender. Order extras at least 48 hours before the trip.
Yes: Bimini and Nassau in the Bahamas, the Florida Keys and Key West, at around $4,250 per day on 40–60 ft yachts. An overnight Bimini trip takes 2 days or more, Nassau at least 3 to 4 days, and we recommend everyone bring a passport for the Bahamas. Fuel, food and marina fees come out of an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) of 30–35% of the charter price, and whatever is left is refunded.
