While maritime regulations have specific limits, we provide flexible arrangements to ensure your entire party can enjoy the experience together. In Miami, tropical showers are usually brief and pass quickly. If a light rain begins, there’s no need to worry—most of our yachts feature spacious, climate-controlled indoor salons where you can relax in comfort. While we cruise between beautiful locations, the sun often reappears by the time we reach our next stop. If the weather is officially deemed hazardous by the Captain or Coast Guard, we will offer a full refund or help you reschedule.
Absolutely. While many enjoy Miami for a few hours, the best way to experience the ocean is a multi-day charter. We offer extended voyages to the Florida Keys or across the Gulf Stream to the Bahamas (Bimini or the Exumas). For these trips, we’ll work with you on a customized itinerary and a Preference Sheet to ensure the yacht is fully provisioned with your favorite food and drinks before we set sail.
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments (BYOB). We provide ice, water, and sodas as part of the service. If you’d prefer to just show up and relax, we can also arrange custom catering or a private chef to prepare gourmet meals on deck while you take in the Miami skyline.
To keep our pricing transparent, please note that a 7% Florida sales tax and a standard 15–20% crew gratuity are typically added to the base rate. For multi-day trips, an APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) is also collected to cover variable costs like fuel and specific food requests, with all unused funds refunded to you after the charter.
